The Wintu Tribe of Northern California is the "historic" tribe of this area. We currently have over 440 members, the descendants of over 12,000 Wintu (Wintun) population in 1776.

Our Council meeting for this month, January 2012 will be held  Sunday  the 15th, 4:00 pm. at Shasta Arts Council Building,  1313 Market street, Redding CA
